Albarino to Zinfandel is a project to help promote new and exciting wine varieties.  The aim is to produce a cookbook which will pair new varietal wines with some exciting recipes.

Some of the recipes will be old, others new. But all will be chosen to help you enjoy a broader range of wines and have new food experiences.
