Albarino to Zinfandel is a Work in Progress. In other words it is still open to contributions.
This website will be compiled over the coming months to give coverage of about thirty less common wine varieties; each will have several recipes for dishes epecially suited to them. Early in 2007 the recipes will be used in a paperback book “Albarino to Zinfandel: A Guide to Food Pairing with New Varietal Wines”
The recipes on this site are being collected from a variety or sources, mainly from winemakers and wineries who are using new varietal wines in Australia. However it is open to anyone with an interest in promoting those wines via food matching.
Some winemakers have involved local restaurants to to find the ideal accompaniment to their particular wine.
If you wish to contribute to the project then there is a form that you can use at the form on this page.
